"The next exercise I am going to perform is called a calf raise. You want to do this with some hand weights between 5 and 10 at the most if you are starting. You are going to drop part of your weight. The weights are going to come by your side. Your feet are going to be at hip with the part. Navel to spine and what you are going to do is lift your hips off of the floor, pushing up to the ceiling you are on your tippy toes and lower. Then lift and lower. What you want to prevent is rocking back and forth. So you are going to lift and lower. Make sure you don’t rock back onto your heels. So your heels are just going to tap the floor. Lift and lower. Good. Lift and lower. Couple of variations for calf raises, you can turn your toe slightly out to the side and navel to spine and inhale as you lift up to your toes and lower. Tap your heels. Lift and lower. Good. Lift and lower. Again, you are not rocking onto those heels. Lower, perfect and lower. Another variation is you can turn those toes in slightly inward. Hands are still in the same position; knees are going to face in the same direction of your toes. So keep that in mind. So lift up and lower. Again you are not rocking onto those heels and lower. Good. Inhale and exhale. Very good. "
