"The next exercise is another variation of the squat. You are going to need to use an aerobic bench for this exercise or maybe you can use a chair at your home. The step is going to come behind you. Your feet are going to come here with a part; knees, toes and hips are going to face directly right in front of you. Navel to spine, better to keep your hands in front of you, clasping the hands together. You are actually going to sit all the way down on a step and through pushing through your heel to stand up you are going to come all the way up to a standing position. So I want you to inhale as you sit all the way down on that step keeping the weight of your legs and exhale as you lift. Inhale, exhale as you lift. Inhale as you lower, push of the heels, and exhale as you lift. You may discover once you start doing this exercise you may be a little too close to the step or a little too far away from the step. You want to be a half a foot in front of the steps so you can go ahead and push your feet up against the step, half of your foot forward and that is the way you want to stand. Separating the feet, navel to spine, take a seat and exhale lift. Very good. You are working your glutes, your quads and your hamstrings. and exhale lift. "
