"The next exercise is a squat with abduction. You are going to place one foot on the step. The opposite foot is going to remain on the floor. Navel is going to come to your spine. Again, knee is going to come over your ankle so make sure your body alignment is effective. Navel to spine you are going to come into a squat position, leg on the step is going to lift and your left leg squeezes out to the side. Come back down, lower into a squat, lift and squeeze. You are going to come down, lower to the squat and lift and squeeze. Come down and lift and squeeze. Not too much range of motion and lift. Squeeze very good. "
