"The next exercise we are going to do is called a bent knee and dead lift. You can do this with or without hand weights. If you have hand weights you are going to grab them, arms are going to remain by your side straight. So when you squat you are not going to swing your arms back and forth. Your arms are going to stay along the sides of your legs. Navel to spine, separate those feet about hip width apart and you are going to inhale as you lower, knees over ankles, arms along the side of the legs and squeeze. Inhale lower, exhale squeeze. Drop those hips back, squeeze. Inhale and exhale. Inhale. Very good. The closer your buttocks come to the floor the more difficult the exercise. Think about trying to get your hips and knees even in one line. Inhale and exhale. Perfect. Inhale and exhale and again try not to drop your chest to the floor. Keep your abs tight and keep that chest lifted. Inhale and exhale. Very good. "
