"The next exercise we are going to do is called a jump squat. This is a plyometric exercise which means it is going to use power so you are going to jump and down off of the floor. Go ahead and turn sideways. Again, you are always going to make sure that your knees are over your ankles. Option 1, if you have joint problems, maybe achy knees or ankles, you are not going to come all the way off the floor. So you are going to squat and lift up on toes, inhale and exhale. During this exercise just breathe whatever feels natural. Inhale if you go down or up just as long as you are breathing. "
