Video Transcript

"The first exercise we are going to do is just a basic squat. Always remember when you are performing any exercise you want to keep your navel tight pull to your spine engaged the entire time. So go ahead and tighten those abs. Your feet are going to stay hip with the part. Your hips, knees and toes are all facing the same direction straight ahead. You can place your hands on your hips or out in front of you. Navel to spine, inhale as you act as you are sitting back in the chair, knees over ankles and exhale as you lift. Inhale lower, exhale lift. What you want to prevent is dropping your chest to the floor. You don’t want to do that. Keep your chest lifted, inhale and exhale. Inhale lower and exhale lift. This exercise works all the muscles in the legs. Then, lift the hamstrings, the abductors and abductors, lift. Inhale minus the calves. Inhale and exhale. Very good. "
