"Hi! I’m Paul from Eastern Mountain Sports on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip, I am going to show you how to properly maintain and store a campus board and a bordering pad. Campus boards should have no cracks or chips out of them whatsoever. When it is mounted, make sure that there is no gap between the board and the wall. Always verify the screws are secured into the wall and that this board does not move at all before you climb on it. The bordering pad is essential when bordering and it is a big safety factor. Make sure that the webbing on it is not frayed, nicked or torn and that the buckles are in good working condition. The bordering pad should have no holes in its fabric and you should find no soft spots in the bordering pad. When storing this equipment, you are going to store it in a cool, dry place and store it away from other sharp objects so that it does not degrade this item. "
