"So in this section I'm going to over on how to use the devil sticks while you're on a unicycle. Now a lot of the same aspects apply to using the devil sticks as a juggler. You need to have a nice idle, you need to be very relaxed, you need to be looking about six feet in front of you, make sure your hands are relaxed for using it. I hop on using free mount method. So, I'm good, everything is ready to go. There's a really important way to hold the devil sticks before you start going. I would hold this handle like this, way further down on it, then take my thumb and my two forefingers and grip the actual devil stick. So whenever I feel comfortable I'll just go ahead and try doing it once or twice. So I pop it up--one, two. Okay, make sure everything is straight, everything is forward, you're not pushing too much to one side, you have a relaxed idle. And one, two, three, four. Try to make it a game like that. See how many you can get through. And when you feel comfortable you could do what's called a helicopter. You could, once you get good at it, bring one of your feet up off the pedal and go underneath your leg. Try to stay relaxed, try to stay focused, and that, guys, is how you use the devil sticks on a unicycle."
