"So, this segment is about getting your first couple pedals. And we're going to start with the assisted method. Hands up against the wall like so. Okay, make sure your arms are out, make sure your always looking about six feet in front of you, and when you push off--see, you might get one and fall down. And that's completely fine. It's all about stepping stone. If you get one, don't worry about it, the next time you're going to get two, and the next time you might get three. So get up against the wall like so, and make it a game for yourself. That's what's most important about this is really think about having a good time, and some tricks to do that is you get one pedal, you get two pedals, you stop, you get three pedals, you see how many you can get. So, I go this time, I get one pedal, and if I fall, that's fine. Really important not to push yourself. You don't want to get hurt. And the next time you're going to try to shoot for two pedals. And if you feel yourself going too fast just jump off. It's like when you first learned how to ride a bike. If you're going too fast, you just stop or you just crash, I don't know. So, get up on here, look about six feet in front of you, and this time maybe you'll get two. You'll go one, two, and stop. Don't push yourself too much. Don't try to be Superman, whatever feels comfortable is good. Okay, so everything is in line and you're looking about six feet in front of you, and you're going to see how many you can get and after awhile you're going to lose count and you're just going to be pedaling, and you're going to be having a lot of fun. So, these are some things to keep in mind when you're getting your first couple pedals on the unicycle."
