"Okay guys, this is about finding your center and your focal point segment. It's about balance and really finding on how to make everything align right so that you're going to have the most success on the unicycle. I find that the most important part is knowing where to look. And where to look is about six feet in front of you at all times. And you notice that if you look up, if you look down, you're going to lose your balance. I see a lot when people first start to learn is they'll look down and they go and as soon as you get you're going to lose your balance. Some of the exercises that you could use on this I find work really well is trying standing on one foot, put your arms out like so, and look six feet in front of you. And then get up on one tippy toe and look about six feet in front of you, and you'll find your balance. And try look up, try looking down, whatever, and I can pretty much guarantee you that six feet in front of you is the best possible way. So, once you get on it and you're using the assisted mount method, and you get up here like so, you look about six feet in front of you, find your focal point, get ready, you're relaxed, and then you just push off, pedal, and ride."
