"Hi my name is Peter, I am with Expert Village, and today I am going to talk to you about cross country running. In this section you want to make sure that after every single race, and during the week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday when you run, every time you want to make sure that you guys do a cool down; a two to five minute cools down. So the cool down is going to be immediately after you finish running. You are just going to stop, and then just do like a quick, moderate walk. And you can have, some people like to put their hands over their heads so that now they have balance, because you just finished shocking your body, and throwing it full and intense to its maximum capacity. And you just, you want to just make sure, the whole trick of it is to keep your head above. A lot of people will go down like this, or they will faint, or they will drop to the ground, and you will got told a lot of times to just put your hands behind your head. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. And you do that for about two to five minutes, and that is going to, you want to make sure that you cool down, that way all of the blood flow and all of your muscles just end up relaxing. And they do not just stop on you and they do not cramp up and they do not tense. So you had a full stretch before relaxation."
