"Hi my name is Peter, I am with Expert Village, and today I am going to talk to you about cross country running. Alright, in this section I am going to talk to you about stretching your upper body. It is basically two stretches on each side of your body. So what you want to do is have your legs, you know, perpendicular, and you are just going to pick your arms up above your head. With one hand you are just going to grab the wrist, and you are just going to lightly pull on it. And you are going to get a full lat and side stretch right here completely. And you see as my body it is not moving or anything, it is just staying where it is at and just going to one side real lightly. About fifteen, twenty seconds, then you can go ahead and do the other side, just do a nice stretch. And of course your arms. And you just bring one arm in front of the other, right above the elbow, and you just stretch like that, that is a good shoulder stretch, and you are stretching out your triceps, and then the other side too as well. So you make sure that you put your forearm in front of, above your elbow, not below, above the elbow, and you just relax your shoulder and you do that about fifteen, twenty seconds. And then of course you can do some basic stretches as well for your upper body just like this right over the triceps stretch, and then you just grab the other elbow and you get a stretch right there as well."
