"Hi my name is Peter, I am with Expert Village and today I am going to talk to you about cross country running. In this section I am going to talk to you about stretching your inner thighs and that is very, very key because as you are running, you are definitely using the inner thighs for every foot that you put in front of the other one. So a nice, good stretch is just, you know, about shoulder length apart, and do not have your toes pointing out, and do not having them pointing in. Just perpendicularly straight. And you put one foot out, make sure that the foot is straight again, perpendicular. And you just go ahead and lean to one side. Just a nice, slow lean. It does not have to be all the way to the ground, and you are going to feel that tightness and that stretch right in here in your inner thighs. And you just hold that for about thirty seconds, maybe even until a minute. And then after you are done, go ahead and stay where you are at and you just kind of switch sides. Remember that your foot placement has to be perpendicular. Do not have your foot facing forty-five degrees outside or inside, just straight. And then you go ahead and feel that stretch right there, this leg will just be straight, and you can feel that tightness kind of relieving itself as you are stretching it."
