"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. All right, now I'm going to demonstrate what's called the "one-legged dead lift." For all of you who play golf, tennis, anything involving the lower back, this is excellent, okay? But make sure you check with your doctor first and make sure you're cleared for exercise. So you start from the top. You're going to take the weight off of one foot, make sure all your weight is on the other. Now you're going to go down, keeping the back straight, using the back leg as a counterbalance, okay? Nice and slow. This is not a fast exercise. As you can see, it requires balance. Okay? I'm going to change to the other side. Just like that, nice and slow, and make sure that you make sure you're cleared for exercise. That's an excellent move."
