"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, right now what I'm going to demonstrate is called the "one-armed row." Anybody who's ever done any bodybuilding will recognize this move, but it's even harder with a kettlebell because of the displaced center of gravity of the kettlebell. So what you want to do is make sure the knee is not tracking over the toe, like a forward-type stance, resting the forearm that you're not using on here, then you pick up the kettlebell. Now, what I want is lift with the shoulder first then the elbow and then slightly turn your body. You should feel this all down your latissimus dorsi. Don't lose the tension by putting the weight down. Just tap it and pick it back up. That is a serious exercise and make sure you do equal on both sides, and you can do this for time as well."
