"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, now I'm going to demonstrate something called a "one-armed chest press." For all you bench press enthusiasts, this is phenomenal. It will not hurt your rotator cuff. It will strengthen totally your chest and give you tremendous strength in your ligaments and tendons to make you stronger. So you lay flat on the ground. Your arm should be at a 90-degree angle. Keep that elbow nice and close to the body. This is a total body movement, believe it or not. You want to be tensed throughout the whole body as you're lifting. Do not hold your breath. Notice that my wrist is straight; my arm is locked out. You want to lock up the arm. Okay, it's good for the joints. I know you've been taught that's not true, but it is."
