"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, right now, I'm going to demonstrate something called the "windmill." Anybody who has ever done yoga will recognize this move. So first, you want to take it, just clean it, and then from here, you want to press it overhead. Okay, lock that arm out. Make sure your feet are at an angle so to allow your hips to move. So stick your hips out. All your weight should be primarily on the back leg. You'll look at the kettlebell, and with your right hand, you want to reach in between your feet, straight down. Touch the ground if you can. If you can't touch the ground, you touch where you can touch. This is not about force. This is about doing what you can do and letting it happen naturally. The load or the weight of the kettlebell will actually take you further down. That's how you develop dynamic flexibility."
