"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, the next exercise I'm going to show you is the "snatch." This is a very powerful exercise, especially for people, like most of us, who are protracted inward from sitting all day and not being very active. Okay? Same thing like--that's why the swing is so key. From here, straight up. You want to lock that out. Make sure your legs are tight; glutes are tight. So from here, here, and I'll do it from the side. It's all about the hips. You'll probably get tired of hearing that, but it's true. It's all about your hips. Make sure you have done your swing correctly before you start this one. High pull is a great intermediary before you this."
