"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, I talked earlier in the swing session about different types of swings. Right now, I'm going to demonstrate a swing that's called a "hand-to-hand swing." Learn the regular swing first then move on to the hand-to-hand swing, okay? It's good for proper movement, hand-to-eye coordination. So you swing, switch, swing, switch. You switch at the top. The weight should be weightless because you're using your legs, hips and glutes. There is no tension in my shoulders nor my arms. I will show you from the side. You must pay careful attention to everything you're doing with kettlebells. Make sure that your full attention is on what you're doing, okay? And it's a lot of fun."
