"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, this is--the exercise I'm going to do right now is a kettlebell "sumo dead lift." You make sure the weight is right between your legs. One foot should be at 11 o'clock, one at 1 o'clock. I'm going to show you the front view. Your body should be upright, come up, tighten the glutes to protect the lower back, and go back down, straight up and down, almost like a ballet plie. Okay, I'm going to do it from the side. Make sure your back is straight, shoulders and spine should be neutral. And I'll go from the other end. This is an extremely excellent exercise for the glutes, the legs, thighs. All the things that the ladies really like to get in shape."
