"On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Ray Boone and I run the Ray Boone Golf Academy at the beautiful Miami Beach Golf Club. Today I'd like to present to you the topic of over the top golf swing. Again we're back with the over the top swing, I'd like to show you again, one of the fixes for fixing that over the top. We're going to set up to it, most peoples body's do not work properly on the down swing, so they swing basically with the upper body forcing the shoulders into the down swing and again that will make the club work outside and cut across the golf ball. So what we want to get them to do is to swing up to the top to make a decent shoulder turn and to get them to initiate the down swing with their hips. So the hips need to shift forward, shifting forward towards the target as the right shoulder is working down under. So the right shoulder is working underneath on the down swing, that's going to drop the club more into the inside slot that we would like. So you if you can drop it inside, you're on a good path to strike a good solid shot."
