on 8/2/2008 I should have searched Expert Village first before I bought the books. Although the books are helpful seeing it done the right way is a lot better. Thanks

Video Transcript

"Hello this is Ric O'Kane on behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip we are going to be demonstrating the Thai front kick and the round kick combined. I'm going to be using Shawn Yacoubian professional kick boxing contender and he would be demonstrating the techniques now. Using the front kick to gain your distance, stop your opponent and then follow up with the round kick. The front kick the ball of the foot is used which is the part he is starting to pose and for the round kick the whole front for the lower leg is used to strike with. Anywhere between the knee and the toes. Again for the front kick using the ball of the foot the part under the toes, go to the round kick you are using any part of the whole lower leg. For the whip kick you are trying to generate the force of a whip. So you would be whipping thought that is why the body spins all around after the kick. So you want to generate all the forces and momentum to do that whip kick. "
