"Hello this is Ric O'Kane on behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip we are going to be demonstrating the horizontal and vertical elbow strikes in Muay Thai. Now for the elbow strike first the horizontal elbow strike I want to work on always having the defensive posture first I want to come straight in with myself expose. So it is off a defensive more so I'm going to block, block first, elbow strike, and then beware of my defense afterward. Block, elbow strike, block. This is my lead hand crossing elbow horizontal elbow. Now for my reverse hand horizontal elbow I'm going to block with my left hand come across with my reverse hand, block, horizontal elbow, and defense, defend, strike, defend."
