"Hello this is Ric O'Kane on behalf of expertvillage.com in this clip I will be demonstrating 1 of the 4 basic punches of Muay Thai the body punch. If you want to find out more about Muay Thai you can visit our website at fightingtrainer.com. Now do the body punch again off from the bottom I'm going to slip my weight to the left and I'm looking to punch right under my opponents right side of his rib going right to the liver. I'm going to shift my weight to my left of my left foot and the left side of my body works in unicenter. Just throw the body punch into the body, cover back up and back up. Again to the left, body punch and back up. Now to the right for my right body punch I shift my weight to the right and I throw a right hook to the body. Again bobbing to the right, right hook to the body notice my right heel comes up and I come back up with my hands up. For the side view left hook to the body and right hook to the body. "
