"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay this next we are going to show you is another pin and it's a variation from the osaekomi it is usually known as a pillow hold and here is how it looks. My opponent is up facing up, come to the side, seize his arm so he can't move it, my arms goes all the way underneath and I extend my legs to a point where I can grab it that way I can choke him. Complete control of his neck and head from here. Can't bridge and I have control. I can also put my chest down right onto his face which some people tap out because they can not breathe. This is how it looks legs are extended, my head down, complete balance, and complete control of his neck. On behalf of Expert Village thank you for watching. "
