"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay in this next clip we are going to show you another hip throw and it is called ogoshi which means big hip and here is how it looks. Grabbing the sleeves, again and not grabbing the lapel cause I need this arm to slip it behind his back. And again when he pushes on me I bring my arm behind his back and carry him on my hips notice my knees are slightly bent, my toes are facing forward, my hips forward, my arms are out, pick him up, down. Let me show you a little bit faster. And here is in real. "
