"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay on this next clip we are going to explain osoto gari is a sweep as well to the outside of my opponents body and it goes like this. Same grips, don't forget the kuzushi and what I do when he moves to that side I come to this side. Doing my kuzushi(breaking of the balance) notice that he is balance or off balance to this side and all of my body, my chest, my legs, my head are pointing out to this side. So I'm using my whole body to throw him. I come in and all my force comes in to sweep. Again notice, notice my head is going that way, everything."
