"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay in this next clip we are going to show a back roll that is also important when somebody get pushed to the back and you loose you balance you would be able to roll on your back and stand back up. Here is how it shows slightly bend your knees, all the way down, and push up, always push up with your hands, cause your palms are always going to touch the mat. Again you chin is slightly pushed into your chest and you going to do this. Now with enough energy and strength in your arms you would be able to do it and just slightly come up. Do it one more time real fast a couple of times. Here."
