"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Richard Acuna from Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida, today we are showing you beginners judo. Okay in this next clip we are going to teach you side fall which goes to the right to the left. We extend our hand on one side and we move our right leg to the other side and slightly. A right hand move. Again the chin is tucked to the chest and on the left side, same thing go to the other side and come back up. And this is our right side and left side, side falls. Now this are important because they are always going to be throwing throws to the sides and we need to be able to composite for those throws so we don't hurt our bodies. Real time now. To the other side."

on 8/2/2008 These break-falls are taught much more efficiently in these videos than in many schools around this area. Safe and not nearly as rough. Again 5 stars.
