On this clip we are going to show you a sacrifice throw and it is called Tomoenage and here is how it looks. Grab my opponent from his sleeve, and from the lapel and when he pushes I push him to the back and when he comes back to the front, my leg comes in, I pull him down, right before I go down this leg comes into his stomach and I bring him all the way up.
