"Hi. This is Prarit Jha on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to do the simple cycling. We will just do a little bit of cycling here. Just inhale and exhale. Just try to concentrate on your breathing as well as the movement of your feet. Just try to bring your knees closer to your chest. Just do it slowly. Do it for twenty reps. Do not strain. Just try to make yourself relax while doing this exercise. Just relax. Just breathe normally. Just try to inhale in your abdominal region. Just inhale through your nostrils and feel the breath in your abdominal."
