"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Captain Rafael Mayans down here in South Florida with Sea Cross Sports Fishing Inc. Today we are going to explain to you offshore fishing techniques. Okay, nautical laws, safety, very important. Always remember as you are heading out in your boat that you already checked for your safety equipment that you abide by all those laws. You have a lot of amenities zones and restricted area that you can't create a wake so always be cautious of other boats and be courteous to others while on the water. It is very, very extremely important. You can't just stop and get off a boat and walk home. It is very important that you obey all these rules and regulations that way you can have a safe and enjoyable trip. So always make sure that you are fishing in the designated fishing zones, that you are not fishing somewhere you are not supposed to. You don't want to have your license or get fined or ticketed to go to court for fishing. You are out there to enjoy yourself. You are not out there to get a ticket so always be cautious and make sure you are fishing in the proper location. "
