"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Captain Rafael Mayans down here in South Florida with Sea Cross Sports Fishing Inc. Today we are going to explain to you offshore fishing techniques. Offshore trolling; as you are trolling always make sure that you have live bait rods in handy. Always have a well full of live bait. What is going to happen is you are going to be trolling and you are going to come up to a school of fish. You are going to see birds in the water and they are going to be diving down in the water and you are pulling up to this school of fish and one these trolling rods go off, you have live bait rods. So if you see a big bull dolphin coming in beside the boat after you are reeling in one of the fish that you hooked up trolling, you always have a bait in there that you can pitch a live bait out in the water just in case. So live bait rods and also jigs. Jigs are excellent; pretty quick of a technique. All you have to do is just flip it out and reel intensively and you should be on very, very quick with it. "
