"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Captain Rafael Mayans down here in South Florida with Sea Cross Sports Fishing Inc. Today we are going to explain to you offshore fishing techniques, trolling. Trolling speeds is very crucial when you are fishing offshore. Basically you could troll slower or faster depending on the conditions once again. To target certain species like Tuna, Wahoo, Barracuda and offshore dolphins, speed is very, very important. Technically you want to try to keep your bait on top of the surface just barely skipping on top of the surface and that is what you consider the slow speed trolling technique; other speed you could kick it up a notch. Now when I mean slow speed trolling, I'm talking five knots. Just barely keeping those ballyhoos on top of the surface, that is what natural ballyhoo weighted bait. "
