"Another common technique is a chest grab. Both sides or both shoulders are being grabbed at this point, the first variation of the response is reaching over with you right hand, again, placing the thumb on the back of your opponent’s hand and again twisting similar to the technique that you saw before. Both thumbs on the back, stepping back with your right foot, making contact elbow to elbow and pulling to your waist. From a different angle, again reach over, twist the hand, it’s important to keep it up on the shoulder, right underneath the chin as you place your other hand both thumbs on the back of your opponent’s hand, meet elbow to elbow, step back turning your hips and follow through. This is how it looks live time. A variation of that technique, returning to our original position, would be simply to bring your opponent’s grip. This time when you reach over, land with the elbow, bring it down, you can follow through with a strike or a kick, this is how it looks live time. "
