" On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Ralph Reyes. I'm the Dojo-cho and the aikido instructor at Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. Today we are going to learn beginner's techniques in aikido. Now we are going to cover the most important aspect of aikido, which is movement. There are two different kinds of movement. Right now we are going to cover what we call irimi, which is entering. So in this case, the attacker is attacking on the right hand side with the right foot forward, and the other person basically is going to get out to the line of the attack and defend. Okay again, let's show that again. He is attacking and he is going to get out of the line of fire and defend. One more time please and defend. In real time it will look more like this."
