What I'm, going to talk to you about now is something that's really important. I don't care if you're a housewife, if you are a corporate exec, or you're an athlete. Okay? The big thing is safety. Everybody who comes to my gym, Punch Gym, it has to go through an orientation 'cause I must make sure that your movements are correct, that you can handle what we're going to be doing. That way, I know how to adjust for you. The big thing is to see a video, or to buy a DVD, or do something, and think you could just jump right into it. Trust me, you will hurt yourself.
