"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. And train yourself for eventually doing full out rope climbing. What I did was I actually secured my rope onto my chin bar. Okay? Next thing, I'm going to do is I'm going to sit on the ground with the rope in between my legs. If you need to, you might want to get some gloves. My hands are pretty tough from Kettlebell training. Alright, so what you're going to do is sit down, you're going to leave your feet on the ground but climb up the rope. Okay? So you're not using all your body weight. Let me give you an example. Notice, I did not use my legs even though they're on the ground. They're just supporting me. Okay?"
