"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. And this is going to show you how to develop some strength. I like the ropes 'cause it develops your grip as well because that's a key thing in doing any pull-ups, chins, or rope climbing. So what you want to do is grab the ropes, I put them over the chin bar, and then, I grab them equidistant from each other, okay? Then, I come down and I do like a pull. I'm pulling myself up on the rope, exercising my grip, big time, and pulling my body up, working my lats, all the muscles that are needed. But meanwhile, I'm stabilizing my core because you can't do this without stabilizing, okay? And right now, my arms are pretty pumped so keep it going and try that one."
