"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, now I'm going to show you some other ways to use ropes that are not quite as ballistic but are just as effective, nonetheless, okay? One of things you can do is you can take your rope, and if you go on my side again, we have the outlaw ropes which are shorter, easier to work with for this kind of move. You could take it and on your pull-up bar, you could just throw it over your pull-up bar, okay? So now, you can either tie a knot in it or hold the other rope with one hand. Now what you do is you jump up, grab the normal pull-up bar with the other hand, and then, you can do pull-ups and now, you're going to develop a tremendous amount of strength just training yourself to do a one-handed pull-up."
