"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, I'm going to talk to you--in the last segment, I've talked about how you can use the kettlebell with the rope to also make sure your swing is correct and you're doing it with your glutes and your hamstrings. One of the things that we do, is in addition to doing it on the floor, is to raise yourself up on, say, two very strong boxes or step-ups as you see as what I have, okay? So again, you are to move one of the ropes away, take the other rope. Put it through your kettlebell. It's not about having a heavy kettlebell. I mean if you have one, great and if you can handle it. But now, as you can see, I'm standing on the steps and now, I could do that swing even better. Make sure you've got good footing, and you'll see that it will get you right in the glutes."
