"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay now, what I'm going to show you now is called, I call it the double sidewinder, okay. It's very much like a snake on the ground. Now for all you people who body build and you want to get a stronger, more endurance in your chest and shoulders front shoulders. This is the one for you, okay. And if you're going to watch, watch, it's not so much lifting the ropes off the ground but you want to brace yourself again and it's in and out, just like a snake, both arms going opposite each other, okay. And the goal is to sustain this movement, small, as well as large, okay. And you do this for about a good minute or so, and you'll get exactly what I'm saying."
