"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay now, I'm going to do another one that has a specificity for a martial artist, boxers, wrestlers, anybody who needs to do striking but please, don't think you're limited, any of these are limited. It's limited by your imagination and what you can figure out to do with the rope safely, and that's the key: safety. So basically, this one's called the uppercut. Again, notice the pivoting of my feet. That is the key. Because you're--all your power is in your hips, so, you grab them upside down, instead of the normal grip that we have and you go one at a time, just like you're doing an uppercut, so, it's one, two and make sure the rope goes all the way to the end. May not look like much but these ropes are pretty heavy, okay, what it's going to do is to develop endurance in punching and doing an uppercut full body movement."
