"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay now, we're going to do something that's called the double spiral or double circle with the ropes, okay. You're going to have both your hands going in the opposite direction, okay. It's pretty intense. I'll show you of a little bit of it, then, we'll talk a little more. So now, you're moving both ropes in a big wave, then, you can make it small circles. The goal is to make it look quick, not ugly. It might look ugly at first, but then, you can make it look pretty. All right, and you do this for about 30 seconds, and you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about."
