"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay. Now, what I'm going to show you now is a way you can use alternating your body, okay, basically, one hand to the other. So I'm going to put one of them down. Now, those of you who are extremely strong, and I'll demonstrate this later, how you can do both in one hand. But right now, I'll put one down, grab it with a hand, brace yourself, and I'm doing circles, nice spirals using my arm, which I might do this for about 15 seconds. Okay? May look easy but it's not. And then, what I'll do is I'll switch, turn the same way with a different hand. But notice the positioning of my body and how I keep myself, with my spine neutral, I'm not turning my body over."
