"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, as you noticed, when you're watching the series, I'm kind of out of breath because it's pretty intense. There are a lot of people who--they need the endurance training but they can't run 'cause they have joint issues or whatever. They may have issues, post rehab issues and they'll be able to do this. And one of the things I wanted to show you, in this segment, is you may not be able to do two ropes at the same time. You can drop that one rope down, take one rope, and do the same thing. So you could do two hands with one rope. So now, you're still getting the effect of the exercise without taking quite so much weight. And you can do the same thing. You do it small, you're doing it big, and it allows you to still get the effect of the exercise."
