"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, one of the things you can do, even with all of the different moves, is that you can, while you're doing the undulation, you can be doing things with your feet. Okay? That intensifies the exercise even more. And I'm going to show you some of those moves right now. For instance, when you're doing the double wave, you can be squatting and standing up throughout the whole move. This makes it double and triple hard. And when you try to do the undulation from the total squatted position, try that why don't you? And you can move your feet to the side. Move to the other side. And I'll be showing you variations of this. Here you go."
