"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay, right now, we're going to talk about the alternate wave. That's where you're moving your arms alternate of each other. Okay? And, basically, just like the double wave, we're going to start big, and then, we can go to the small. Okay? Here you go. Just like before, you want to keep your arms in front of you, okay, doing it big. And then, you can do it nice and small. And then, go back to the big. You want to alternate it during the whole time, you're doing the ropes, and the key is-is to keep your feet grounded. Keep your back neutral. And then, you'll notice, as you do this, you'll understand the feeling. And you need to get both arms coordinated. This is like running sprint."
