"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Now, if you noticed, at the end of the ropes, I have used kettle bells to anchor them. That is key. You want to use a very, very, heavy kettle bell. It's very--I use two. That way--I have some strong clients. And what it does is it anchors it so that way, no one is getting hurt. Nothing is flying around. Okay, it's extremely important. Those people who benefit. From kettle bells are people who--athletes, elderly, children, anybody who would need to have sustained strength and speed. So it's really important that you do that. Now, what I would suggest is some of the clients that have not been able to do swings--and swings are extremely important, the foundation of kettle bells--they can do some of the movements that I'm going to be showing you with the undulation--with the ropes."
