"In the case of your front wheel, if this was gonna flat, replacement on that, we have taken it on and off. We're going to repeat the procedure, there it is off, putting it back on, put the dropouts over the ends of the axles, quick release is loose, leave the lever in it's open position, screw this side down until it begins to feel snug, with this lever pointing straight out, then clamp it. Now, we're going to make sure we've clamped it in straight, the wheel has to be equidistant from each side here. It is possible to clamp a front wheel in crooked, we managed to get it in straight, so, you connect the front brake, check it, spin it, and we're good. Rear wheels, when it's a vertical dropout such as this bike has, are fairly straight forward. The wheel can only go in one way, it is possible to clamp it in crooked up here, it will always sit fairly straight down on the part of the frame but you can, in theory, clamp it crooked and then all of a sudden have the brakes rubbing on one side and not on the other. So, it really helps with vertical dropouts to hold the bike straight up and down, with the quick release loose, and then clamp it. That will allow that to fall into place."
